At Kamalveda, we care deeply about your satisfaction and wellness. Our herbal teas are crafted with love and care, and we strive to ensure each product reaches you in excellent condition.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, but we do offer product exchanges or store credit (in the form of a voucher) in certain situations.
🔄 Exchange or Store Credit (Voucher) Available If:
✅ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
✅ The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Request window: Within 3 days of delivery
🎟 Voucher Instead of Refund If eligible for a return:
We will issue a store credit voucher (equal to the product amount)
The voucher can be used for your next Kamalveda purchase
Validity: 6 months from date of issue
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable

Once approved, we’ll either guide you on exchange or issue the voucher.
🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange/Credit
❌ Opened or used tea products
❌ Requests made after 7 days of delivery
❌ Items without valid proof of purchase
🚚 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
